Project Anchor Down INC. brings science, art, and community together to protect reefs and coastlines. Our team designs programs, runs field operations, produces educational and gallery events, and builds partnerships that move conservation forward. Staff work closely with our coralites to mentor volunteers, deliver safe and high quality experiences, and turn good ideas into measurable impact. We value curiosity, clear communication, reliability, and a bias for hands-on problem solving.
Call for Applicants
We hire for program coordination, field and lab support, education and outreach, gallery and events, communications and design, and development and partnerships.
